Notifications API — a new deactivateWebhook operation (PATCH /notifications/v1/webhooks/{webhookId}) lets you deactivate a registered webhook by setting its status to inactive. The webhook record is preserved rather than removed, so its configuration remains readable via the listWebhooks operation. Only the customer that owns the webhook may deactivate it, and only deactivation is supported (there is no reactivation endpoint yet).
